Bob Buff has over 20 years of hands on experience in the building industry. Bob is a graduate of Stroudsburg HS as well as the University of Maine. While in college, he spent his summers learning to build homes on Cape Cod. After graduating Bob returned to the Stroudsburg Area and began renovating and remodeling homes. He started building custom homes in the early 1990's as R.W. Buff Inc and has been growing his excellent reputation ever since.

Joe Holbert, construction supervisor and "right hand man" to Bob, joined R.W. Buff Inc. full time in 2005, but has worked on projects with Bob since 1999. A graduate of the University of Scranton, Joe brings with him experience in many areas including business management, sales, community planning and finish carpentry with a passion for quality and fine woodworking. Joe and his family have lived in the Stroudsburg area for over 10 years.

RW Buff has been building homes for discriminating homebuyers in the Poconos since the early 1990's. With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, Bob Buff is known for growing his business with integrity and professionalism.
